Refund policy

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Exchanges & Refunds:

No refunds will be given for any product.
Exchanges are accepted within 8 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return it first. Once quality checks have passed, we will dispatch the new piece.

Damaged / Wrong Item: Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery in case of a damaged or incorrect product.
