Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

  • Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 8  days of delivery, provided the product is unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

    • No direct exchanges are allowed. If you wish to change a product, please return it and place a new order.

  • Damaged / Wrong Item: Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery in case of a damaged or incorrect product.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be initiated after the returned product has passed our quality check. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
